Tri-River Capital dates back to 1988. It was established to provide investment banking services to middle market companies including financial companies. We're experienced in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buyside representations, private placements of equity and debt, advice on public offerings and valuations, fairness opinions and expert testimony.
Our professionals have more than seventy-five years of investment banking and business experience. Tri-River Capital's team brings together a combination of investment banking, accounting, financial management, securities trading and operating experience.
